heh yeah 2.36 - tpye error :o

weird, I think its kinda random when i can get decent bumpmapping but that might be an error 40 on my behalf - i'll see if CVS clears it up.

Bumpmap bug in 3.36 + yafray.

It seems yafray dosen't do bumpmapping (NOR) when I render from 3.36 but it works fine when i render from 3.35a - could some let the devel. team know since i don't wanna create a new login just to post that.

Is it just me or can anyone confirm this :?:

hmmm, i miss using Yafray - the reason i say this is that i was very active in the early stages of the devel. of yafray. But the reason i ain't anymore is the lack of Yable the exporter. This was how i could use yafray very efficient but it seems to be abandoned some time ago and i not really up for...

maybe this is what you are looking for:

select an object with key frames and hit the Kkey... blender will show the object's keyframes... then you can select them and modify them (grab, scale, rot)... very useful to tweak an animation!

yup! Its called onionskinning, predates computer animation and is present in several animation packages. While not a 'killer' feature, It can be a nice aide to animation (so long as its configurable/turn-off-able) dang, though i was being innovative here heh - not likely, trouble is i only know ble...

feature proposal = 'ghost-keys-onscreen(-sometihng)'

i just had a crazy thought - would it be a good idea to add ghost-images of the current animation in the screen? I'll -try- to explain more clearly; when having the default box move from left to right fore example, could it be done so that one could see where the box would be in five frames time.. a...

Its pretty easy in Linux actually. 1. get the NaN Publisher 2.25 from the downloads on this site (+ the key file) blender-publisher-2.25-linux-glibc2.1.2-i386.tar.gz Unpack in some dir: tar xvzf "blenderfile" cd to the dir and run ./blenderpublisher in a terminal then load the key file you downloade...
