Shape Keys on Curves?
(Cross-posted from elysiun) Interesting problem. According to the release documentation , you should be able to apply shape keys to "Meshes, Curves, Lattices and Surfaces" easily. However, I don't see a Shapes panel in the EditButtons (F9) for anything but Meshes. When pressing IKEY, there's an opti...

I agree. I prefer the keyboard shortcut method (or at least *some* keyboard shortcut) and I'd really like to see the loop selects available in the Select menu. ALT+CLICK is especially frustrating to me (and maybe a couple other linux users) because alt+click variations are bound by my window manager...

With all due respect, these features have been brought to the developers' attention. As a blender user for 2+ years, you should be well aware of that. Personally, I like the quit.blend... it could stand for some documentation, but we all know that and it's being worked on. Regarding, undo/redo, that...

I'm not saying the idea is practical, but you could look into OpenGL ES.

Totally rockin' idea. I dunno if I'll have much of anything worthy enough to contribute be be put on the DVD, but I'll definitely help where ever I'm needed. I wouldn't be opposed to help design the case and assist (only a little!) in editing the final product or creating an open for it. Also, I'd l...

I missed the last one. I do not plan on missing this one. Flights aren't too expensive if booked early, and I'll have a place to stay. I'm partial to the first choice of dates, but please decide and post your decision soon so I can plan properly. Regarding what goes on in the conference, I think the...

I just found these pics. Thanks for posting them, Ton. SIGGRAPH was a blast. Now to get back to trying to do something cool in Blender to show off to the world (meeting everyone there was quite inspiring!). BTW, I'm Groo, the guy in this picture: http://www.blender.org/bf/sigpics/IMG_0115.JPG Hopefu...

I'll be doing a small QuickTake presentation for the Educators Program (see link to synopsis here and original idea in this forum here ). Dunno if I'll need or will have time for video showing (at least not a lot) as I'm limited to 10 minutes. Everyone should definitely come out to the presentation,...
