Setting black and white points with compositor RGB curves

Hi, I failed to find a way to modify the black and white points of a float image in the compositor as it can be done in the image editor using curve tool. The curve node does not have the min/max settings that are in the curve tool. Is there a way to do that in the compositor? Is there a way to appl...

I do not *believe* the pntsv member is used for Curves. For Surfaces, yes, since they are two dimensional, but a curve only has one dimension from a topological view. Actually I'm not sure it's a good idea to have separated interfaces for curves and surfaces. I think having separated interfaces for...

Annoying indeed. Especially when your reward for an out of range parameter is a segfault. I have been using the Curve class to become familiar with the blender python code. I already submitted a patch to throw an exception when getControlPoint() is called with bad params. At the very least, that wi...

Re: Python curve interface

There doesn't appear to be a way at the moment. Would not be hard to add a couple new methods though. Details, mere details.
Hi, thanks for your answer.

Do you know if someone is working on this implementation?
This little "detail" is quite annoying :)

Thanks

Python curve interface

Hi,

What is the function to use to get the maximum indexes for the function getControlPoint ( i , j ) of bezier curves?

Thanks in advance,

Newsgroup instead of forum?

Hi! Would it be possible to mirror/replace the forums by newsgroups? What I dislike about current forums on Blender.org is that it's very slow to navigate and it's not very easy to see new messages and follow multiple threads in the same discussion. And since there are many new messages each day, it...

Hi!

If I understand well, with this achitecture, the scene datas will be stored in each "node". For example if I use two different editors for the same scene and a rendering engine, the datas of my scene will be three times in the memory of my computer. Is that right?

Thanks for your answer,

Oh, I should have said that the problem with this code is that the vertex colors aren't OK. With only one triangle: no problems; with two triangles, it does not work

Thanks in advance,

Problem with mesh importing

Hi, Can anyone tell me why this code don't work with Blender 2.25 (neither with 2.23)? import Blender from Blender.NMesh import * m = Blender.NMesh.GetRaw() m.hasVertexColours(1) f = Blender.NMesh.Face() v1 = Blender.NMesh.Vert(1.0,0.0,0.0) v2 = Blender.NMesh.Vert(1.0,1.0,0.0) v3 = Blender.NMesh.Ver...
