Try a "make clean" and rebuild. But my gut feelings tell me the same thing is going to happen...

I'm wondering if libfrozen is being built properly. Or even at all.

libtoolize(1)

Only thing I can think of is to run libtoolize before running aclocal.

The other is making sure the newer autoconf/automake binaries are actually running (check with --version).

go cvs

Thanks for the reply mavos. As usual, an answer to a question spawns lots more questions. I got autoconf blender 2.25 from roseta as mentioned in another post. It worked for me, just fine. After your answer I decided I'd better get withthe CVS so I don't do more dumb stuff. At the CVS I find I need...

Puny puter

I bet your current computer actually can handle it. True it may be slow, but you could run it easily on a 350 mhz with 60meg of ram but the video card needs to be set up for openGL and the best, so far, is Nvida. You can easily get away with a TNT. The game engine may be a bit slow, but you can wor...

Another update.

This time two tarballs. One is the "dist"-style tarball, the normal "untar; ./configure; make install" type tarball; the other is a tarball snapshot of my working directory. Precompiles not updated due to imminent release of NaN's 225. Updates in a nutshell: "dist" target produces something meaningf...

First off. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I really hope this is the direction CVS Blender goes for the build system. Autoconf just makes things so much easier (pun definitely intended). I had a few minor problems making the latest tar ball. I just used a simple ./configure && make I am using an x...

Autoconfiscated Blender from root to leaf

http://www.linux.ucla.edu/~phaethon/blender/blender-autoconf.html Borne of desperation[1], I present onto the world Blender autoconfiscated from root to leaf. Well, at least the more important parts... Compiling static version is optional (--enable-blenderstatic). Compiling in GameBlender is optiona...

There isn't anything wrong with python per se; I think some people just aren't comfortable/happy with the idea of having only a _single_ extensible language.

mousewheel zooming

I'm still using my window manager setup from pre-opened Blender. My window manager (sawfish) checks if the active window is "Blender", then rearranges key bindings so that mousehwheel does special actions. Basically it binds the mousehwheel action to a synthesize-event function. In effect, it remaps...
