Well.. if the forum was just meant to inform about the availability of new builts then we wouldn´t need a forum system. Some news posting setup would be in place. The idea is that someone makes a new built (called A) and makes it available by posting a "New built A is available" thread, them everybo...

Ruis, why you keep updating the build on THIS thread? It is getting kind of confusing.

Right now most of the posts aren´t even relevant to the built the thread title refers to.

I think that a new built deserves a new thread, to keep everything ordered and neat.

I wrote the floor constraint. Can you post a small OpenGL animation that shows the weird behavior so I can better understand what you mean. Harkyman, is there some sort of documentation for the floor constraint? I see it was added after 2.37, but there isn´t a single mention of it on the 2.40 relea...

Not exactly related to the submision process but to the category definition process. "Suzanne Awards + New Rules ... your opinion?" http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?t=279360 I include the link because the topics discussed on that thread seems to be closely related to the topic been discuss...

 Sorry to tell you, but there is one more bug, and quite drastic this time. http://picserver.student.utwente.nl/view_image.php/51H4643301B9 http://picserver.student.utwente.nl/view_image.php/51H4643301B9 The Suzanne on the left is a regular one, the one on the right is Versed. To reproduce: Ge...

I has used this feature a lot for complex riggs. For example, once I used it to create some similar to Harkyman' s spine, just that mine was a pelvis. I also used a set of stacked copy rotations to built a custom rotation tracking head. Basically the head fallows and empty, but the head bone is free...

Hi, in theory it is possible to add support for some text communacation, becuase verse protocol supports text using text nodes. It will have to be discussed with blender ui masters :-). Jiri Cool Now the bad news, there is yet another bug. On a subscribed mesh, try extruding single vertex.. so that...

Hey Jiri, what about the chances of adding the live updated text buffer? It doesn' t have to be anything fancy, just something that allows to talk without leaving Blender. It is possible to do it ?

Bight_Jeremy: this is not a bug, it's the new behaviour for multiple constraints of the same type. For more than 2 copyLocation set the third influence to 0.333 (=1/3), for the forth 0.25 (=1/4), for the fifth 0.2 (=1/5) and so on. For further information try this topic: http://www.blender.org/foru...

Man, I wish I could attend the Conference, but it is mid-terms exams week for me :( I´ll keep testing Verse as soon as I finish a design project that I should present tomorrow. In the mean time, you can read some opinions of non-blender users about Verse here http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.p...

3 More bugs. A.- When you have 2 subscribed objects on the same scene, and each one has it´s own local material... selecting one of them in Object mode causes both to be presented with the material of the later... Entering in Edit Mode fixes it, but the problem comes back as soon as you leave edit m...

First, I gota say "Wao, it works really fine !!" About bugs, I noticed that when you use the Clear-Rotation command, the new rotation isn't broadcasted to the other clients.. it quite easy to work around the problem because as you start a normal rotate command the rotation is updated on the clients....
