There are, or were (not sure I don't have blender installed at the moment), some stereoscopic options for the blender /game engine/. Try looking in a tuhupuu2/3 build, under game frame settings on the scene buttons I think it is, A relevant thread: http://www.blender.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4490&h...

Are you in edit mode?

Really, if you don't give us more details then that's my best guess,

I cannot comment on the feasable part (of course I suspected it wasn't), but how can you say it would not be "helpful". For who? for what? If this is free code that could be reused to save time, I do not understand how using this could make blenders game engine any "less better" or "more years behin...

I have to recommend Mepis (www.mepis.org).
You can download the live CD and boot to it (like knoppix). And there is an icon on the desktop "install me", you just click it and no more cds to download, it installs itself from the live cd whilst you are booted in to it :D

Too poor? It's free I'm not sure what you mean, perhaps you don't have the time to "learn" it? Just try it, it's probably more similar to windows than you think, and if you don't know all of the ins and outs of windows anyway (this is a guess from the fact you had bad spyware problems), you probably...

I honestly don't understand why, if you take the time to learn the shorcuts, you wouldn't like them? They are very fast and actually make quite a bit of sense once you get the "whole" picture (eg: alt to undo stuff)

IMO we don't need customizable hotkeys. If we do, then the hotkeys probably havn't been thought out well enough in the first place (which in most cases I think they certainly have been - except that new ctrl+alt+shift thing heh). What would happen when you lost all of your hotkeys? changing pc? upgr...
