exporterscript for keyframe animations

God Afternoon I have a question for you veterans. I wonder if there are some exporterscripts that can handle keyframes well and that does not export to an advanced format. I would like to have that as a reference to create an exporter for another 3d format used in a game. Also, I like it to be compa...

I get no rid of it.

Maybe, the texture coordinates are stored in the face and not in the vertex?

So can it be me messing up the coordinates somewhere or is it the blender code that fucks around?

Blender Texture coord export

First of, I'm not very good at Blender.. But here is the problem: I make a 3D shape, like a sphere or a cube, then I put a texture on it and modify it's tex coords in the texcoord editor. (It looks good in the 3d windows when I have alt-z enabled). However, I've also written a script that exports th...

Is there any blender python API reference?

Is there a complete reference to the the (new or old) python API somewhere. Like what is the name of the subobjects in mesh.vertices ? mesh.faces? Can you extract UV coords from a vertex or do you have to go the way through the face/vertex index? I've tried to find answers but I've failed. The Pytho...

Missing function???

I'm trying to write an exporter for Blender. This is pretty much the first week I'm trying Blender. However, here is my problem: I'm going through all objects in the scene and I just want to export meshes, not lamps or cameras. so I wrote: for obj in self.scene.getChildre(): self.ExportData(obj) But...
