Ha ha ha, It's so funny how unobservant I am! That's the "draw edges" option? Maybe I somehow accidentally turned it on, but never before, hee hee??? I like it, it really helps me see where the lines are going, and haven't confused me ... yet??? I have so little time to spend with Blender, but had a...

Nice Feature
Ok, I know I'm not very observant
But I just noticed the effect in edit mode where the lines attached to selected vertices radiate the yellow color, allowing easier identification of what is what. I love it! When did this happen, and who’s idea? It’s great! Thank you!

Verse and Blender's future?
Is there going to be a future Blender client that can hook up to Verse? How difficult would it be to retain the look and feel of Blender while giving it the ability to communicate with other clients through Verse? Is anyone working on this? Dang, I wish I could code, heck, I’d also have to have time...

Does buying a book from amazon help?
I just bought another game kit from Amazon.com for my nephew, and I was wondering if the sale helps the foundation, or if those books are already sold?
Or my question might be, how are the items sold at bookstores, etc... impacting the foundation's income?
Just wondering???
Love Ingie

Sometimes I feel like I'm the only person interested... or else that everyone is "talking" somewhere else??? So I'm asking, can anyone take a moment to let those of us interested in the subject know, how's it going out there? I bet Eskil is so very busy laying out the foundations of what he's to do ...

I think you might be interested in looking at http://crystal.sourceforge.net There is an exporter script to CS for blender, and this engine would be much faster than using the Blender game engine. But exporting is limited. Also, check out Verse or "Next Generation Blender" NGB Well, those are other ...

I think you can be pretty much assured that the game engine will remain seperate, however possibly linked. By linked, I mean, you may eventually be able to "push a button" and you'd switch into "gameblender" mode. The game engine has a lot to do with animation in Blender, so both interests will be n...

Well, what it can mean is having an awsome virtual reality setup. Where you could create anything and script anything, such as is done in Seonc life only you'd have two more advantages. 1. more freedom to truly do anything, and 2. freeware, it could be made so that this "virtual reality" lives partl...

Well, I think doing tutorials are really a great way to learn. I'm not sure what you want to do with Blender?? Is it modeling that you have trouble with, annimation? or game engine? As I understand it, this manual will be up to date as 2.32 and that's why it was being delayed. There were so many great features that they wanted to include in the manual, but haven't quite finished implementing in the program. So instead of publishing another book that would be obsolete so soon ( ...
