animation tools: will it all become obsolete?!
I like Harkymans proposals and hopefully some of this stuff will make it into a release, but on the other hand I would be glad to wait a little longer for a complete new approach to animation in general. Why? I think that it all will be obsolete in a matter of a couple of years. In 10 years time ppl...

It's a petty that the thread has turned off topic so much. But it cant be undone. So in my opinion, the best would be to delete this thread and open a new one in the render forum , here at blender.org. .rib export is somewhat on the agenda, and from notes Ive read, Ton was looking a couple of month ...

Concerning the pre-alpha release, 6 months is the date that whe have right now. must have gotten this wrong than. misunderstanding. sounded to me as in right now blender-user. yes Iam a blender user and just a user, with...

you talk about being childish a lot, and that you are so profesional, but then....you write things like: I am not willing to spend my time working in something for people that don´t deserve it. how about that for childish? you come to the blender developement forum, asking what we want from a render...

the better question is: what can muse do? its not ready yet. muse didnt render a single frame yet and you ask us what futures we would like to see in a renderman renderer? my answer: give us all its got. the other question is how can it be integrated? full integration, meaning compiling/converting b...

blender people needs help with character animation code!
after a fancy new interface and other things I hope that the character animation tools will get a bit more attention. every animator is longing for improvement. Im writing this specially because the developement of an interesting plug-in for crowd simulation got stuck, because of missing futures. ju...

The more I learn maya, the better I get with blender, as I instinctivly think: "ohh, this could be achieved with this or that workaround". I only started to learn it because, blender does not give much, when it comes to fine-tuning animation. lets face it. its where it lacks most. now...one thing I ...

Well, this is a very good example of the way the discussion is going on. Simply there was no discussion when it was imposed. What are we paying for? For helping Caronte keeping up the fastest, better-programmed, complex and complete Spanish web-forum about Blender. O.K. I admit that it is the cooles...

It is a shame really, because the quite lively Spanish community will eventually be split apart......it´ll happen! Sooner or later.... What good is it for noobs, when they cannot post Qs, unless they pay a ~Euro50,- p.a. fee? There was a thread about a year ago, where a discussion concerning the ser...
