Ton just commit all passes for the renderer.
Compilation comes with openexr, quicktime, ffmpeg. No extra patches.

Hi Will this be put into the CVS before the official release? Otherwise their will be yet another development cycle where linux and windows have different feature sets - not a good thing. Other than that...nice build! (Apart from the whitespace issue). Koba It's on cvs 8) just have to be enabled
