Linux SVN 32bits build

I build a SVN blender package every 2-3 days:

You can know the build date in "help->About Blender" menu.

I wish it works on many distros.

All packages don't provide the .blender directory which contains interface translations and python scripts. The windows provide one but it's a very old version.

Feature Request:
It would be nice to see a progess bar of the rendering with yafray.
The best example is kpovmodeler when rendering with pov.
There was previously a progress stautus(%) in the console mode of yafray.

When your change material's color of an object there is no result in the 3d viewports unless you go in edit mode. Why changes on materials aren't in realtime? It's difficult when you have a lot of object to know which ones show their true color from the others.
