That's the point, why is it released? Uhm, well, anyway.gabio wrote:The plugin version is now useless since the imbuf changed a bit. This mean the plugin can't find z info anymore and all you'll get is a red screen.

It's really sad, but similar to the z-blur that pretended to be DOF, if it doesn't work why move it to the sequencer editor? Is it better than the z-blur that was already there? Hmm... As well as i understand it, that's because Zblur isn't actually DoF, and it can't be in the render panel as a rend...

The commandline "blender -W" Doesn't seem to call fullscreen mode either. Is it intentional? yeah, it's been removed from the code, since it doesn't work with all graphicscards. :( But what doesn't work with all graphic cards? The fact of being or the fact of use it? What harm makes being but not b...

And is the fullscreen button going to be available in 2.37? That's a point I can't understand. Is there anything that has been positively solved taken out the fullscreen button? It was related with some issues on OpenGL button redrawing not working properly?... because I don't have any ATI card (on...

As macouno points I can understand than Ton is not enthusiastic about iblender DOF. I read all Ton's appointments and I understand the reasons, but look too critic as long as we don't have that tool at all and at least there is an alternative. Ton clearly explains on Bf-committers list than Ewering'...

Uhmmm, long dreamed DOF, but... I've read all the talking on the Bf-committers Archives as I usually do and it looks it has not a high enthusiam on it (specially from Ton) and the implementation currently on that release is weird to me. I can't understand why DOF is a general effect (F10) when is cl...

I wrote that on the properties field of a shortcut to Blender:SamAdam wrote:use blender.exe -w iirc, use -h to get more info
simply modify your shortcut link.
just the button is gone.
"C:\Archivos de programa\Blender Foundation\blenderbf-2.36-windows\blender.exe" -w
And nothing happens. What I'm doing wrong?

Hardly likely, unfortunately :( For what reason??? Why is such a great functionallity dropped? I have no understanding for this! then you don't have the buggy video card. Really this feature is going to be dropped? I can't understand, is it causing the bug? otherwise I can't see any sense on droppi...

Many users tests only BF trees. No one is going to test something is classified unstable directly by developers. Yes, that's quite a logical conclussion. I test usually BF builds (mostly the ones from Gabio), but I don't like to test Tohopuu, because I don't like to appreciate features that I'm not...

I add to the ones that don't like at all the new Ctrl behaviour to cycle through G-R-S: it's quite unprecise and slow, and it's against what we have learn for so long; at least keep both methods, because with no doubt the old one is faster. And also completely against eliminating the full screen but...
