to all coders: nice work ;) I really appreciate your hard work but I've to agree with ElBarto, tommy and Bellorum, the new knife tool (Midpoints) is a little bit strange compared to the old method another issue for me is that "optimal"-wireframe does not work in edit mode, would be great to get work...

Thanx for this build. The "ward isotropic gaussian specular shader" is really a nice addition. I did some testing last night, looks very promising. With this new shader and of corse the earlier added Minnaert diffuse shader the blender internal raytracer becomes more flexible. Hope to see this two s...

When I render in fullscreen mode and schitch back from the rendered image to blender, all menus are not selectable anymore:(
I have to switch to windowed-mode to get rid of it. If I use only the window-mode everything works fine. This also occured with the previous release.

Many thanks to all you Blender coders out there. The new additions to Blender are just awesome :D

I noticed just one small issue:
The new edgeloop selectiaon as mode-less loop-aless option doesn't work if you have turned on 3-button-emulation and swapped selection to left-mouse-button.

ATI FireGL Soft MOD for Radeon 9500,9600,9700,9800

Today I found this interesting article on ADRIAN'S ROJAK POT . You only have to install a modified driver from a link in the article and your Radeon becomes a FireGL :) Best of all, since I'm using this driver, Blender works without any trouble. All of the common known ATI related glitches are solve...

I've experienced some redraw problems while I'm in mesh edit mode. Vertexes don't show up as selected before a redraw occured and when I move over the header there are also some redraw problems.

EDIT: Forgot to say I'm using an ATI Radeon 9600pro.

When rendering with Yafray XML disabled all lightsources cast shadows, ignoring the settings for the lightsources. If XML is enabled everything works fine.

Finally I found a way to get rid of the described problems:) Today I installed the latest Omegadrivers. With the "special/old"-opengl.dll for old games, Blender works much better. So I recommend the following procedure: 1. install the Omega drivers with "standart/new"opengl 2. copy the .dll from ......

I experienced another issue: With my Radeon 9600Pro I've got a massive slowdown (not really workable) when I'm using a background image. I've tried different drivers: ATI, Omega from 3.9 to 4.6, but they all have the same problem. Just noticed: This problem is influenced by the scaling(and/or zoom ...
