I am seeing more and more implementations of IES file definitions for Lamps in external renderers (Kerkythea comes to mind). LW Importer in 2.42/a

The new Lightwave 3d importer is the best so far as far as importing the geometry, but I've noticed it translates the target mesh 90 degrees on the Y axis, and mirrored. Has anyone else noticed this?

Still having issues with duplicating a sub-surf mesh in object mode (Shift-D), selecting the original object, and entering edit mode. Blender Crashes. This happens with both Win2K and XP. This bug occurs with both creased and non-creased sub-surf meshes.
