In the very first incarnation of Blender (1.0) control over drawing of Areas was left to the "sub window" feature the Irix window manager offered. This is available in X11 and other windowmangers too btw. After a while I decided to drop this, mostly because using many sub-windows within a main wind...

it seems, there's a bug: i joined just 3 small objects and i went in "solid"-mode, but i can't see the objects because they're completely black!! :evil:

Features added for testing:

* all available targets
* dynamic mode
* UV mapping / skin textures

The dynamic mode mean a complex feature to pose manually the model, with the alpha of muscle engine
When the alpha realease?
