Hello. In fact, it is agan about Blurry reflections ;) I do normal bumped surface to get blurry reflections, but the efect is very rough. I get a pixelate like efect in the reflection. My question is : can I add some blur to the reflection efect, but asigned to material only, not some post productio...

Works great, no problems. Well, maby with higher poly-count projects, 1mln faces and up, when graphics starts to "jump". Apart from this, great.

Memory issue

I want to ask the development team to consider a better memory usage of Blender, as a huge project get stuck with data calculations on HD for every command. Everything from exploring menus trough mesh/material editing etc... takes a really long time to perform for bigger projects, in example 4 260 0...

Hi. Lately I did a 4 260 000 faces project test. I've simply multiplied objects so the number of faces reached 4 260 000. Blender works OK, only it uses HD to calculate almost every command I try to run, like: select all/none, move objects, turn edit mode for a single object, move camera etc... My q...

OK, don't bother. I've found the answer.
"texface" in the material tab selected, "UV" and "flat" selected in the MapInput Than one can adjust in UVeditor see effect in the viewport and then render it in Yafray :wink:

Did You try 'cache' option in the yafRay tab ? it speeds up render and gives smooth result, worth to try.

Hi.
Does anyone know, how to render object textured in UV/image editor with YafRay ? Or maby there is a method to see how texture applies to the object in Blender and then render it with yafRay?
