The newly bundled Discombobulator script doesn't work. I tried with different meshes, with different settings. It exits, and gives a Python error in the console: Traceback (most recent call last): File "<string>, line 1225, in bevent File "<string>, line 518, in discombobulate AttributeError: Vector...

Two observations: - The extrude popup is bypassed sometimes. Now, I've gotton used to clicking with the mouse once after pressing E to okay the extrusion, and the dragging with the mouse. But now if the menu is bypassed, this automatic mouseclick exits the transformation after extrusion. Very confus...

Great, softbody baking!!!
I can already see all the cool new features of 2.37 making the front pages of 3D graphics sites :)

BTW: what is the Tech stat drawing, and how do I turn it on?

no it isnt blurr can be easilly achieved in postwork :P Easy? Not until we can save the zbuffer of a scene easily from within Blender (hint, hint...). Widgets: better all the time!!! But the new pop-ups, eg. for changing the coocrdinate system, are too hidden. PLEASE when adding new features, don't...

Hmmm, many edit commands have been moved to menus, and been removed from the buttons panel. Can anyone tell me how this *improves* workflow??? I hope this isn't staying. Before it took one click of the SPIN button, with the correct settings to do a spin, now its move mouse to Menu, open menu, open s...

theeth: thanks! My two cents: - I seem to like Ctrl cycling more and more. It just seems better to use one key, which also just happens to be in an easy to remember place, rather than using three different ones, scattered across the keyboard. Seems that this really is a love/hate thing. - About soft...

BUG!!! This is the same scaling bug, mentioned earlier by SamAdam, here's a way to duplicate it: - in any scene, turn on widgets, switch to scale widget, and scale it in one direction. - after this, press S to scale, and enter a number, like 2, press enter. It only sceles in the direction that the p...

umm... joeri: the "bla-bla" was a little self irony, talking about myself... I didn't start this thread, actually I haven't started any threads on feature requests, search my name, I usually post bugs and various ideas in the testing builds forum. If I do have any "request", then yes, I'd structure ...

Nope, you don't get my point. Asking for features makes only sense if someone wants to implement them. I thought the description of this forum was: "The interface, modeling, 3d editing tools, import/export, feature requests , etc" If you are handing out tasks then most likely nobody is going to do ...

DYeater: I guess they do :) Thanks for the link to that thread! Another teeny-weeny little thing: the center circle has disappeared from the translate widget, which is good, you can now see the vertex you're moving. But now there's no way to switch coordinate systems (local/global)! You have to swit...

Okay, I also agree with GreyBeard! When I do precise modelling, I also need to see the edges that I'm editing. Currently the workflow is: select end vertex, move it, select the other end, see the edge length, deselect the other end, move the first vertex again (5-6 steps). This would change to: sele...

Just a small, but in cases very useful idea: Could the Show Edge Lengths be modified so that the edges which are only "half-selected", ie: one end vertex is selected, also show the length? I mean when I need precise modelling, I modify an edge by moving one end vertex, and I want to be able to see i...

Hmm, I can't seem to download it either, tried from home, and from school too, I get to various percents, but never all the way. Anyways, about the full-screen feature: I miss it, however, there were systems where simply clicking the button crashed Blender, ie: a BUG, not something to leave in the p...

Yes, an icon of a hand, on the header of the 3DView.

Click in the center will switch.
Ahh, thanks! How could I have guessed that?
Problem: there's no visual feedback on whether you're in local mode or global.

Wow, this is probably the one test build that has gotten the most commments! Poor coders can't keep up with all our needs! :)
