Ok, thanks for answering all my silly questions there. It'll take me a while to get used to developing in C.

BTW: took a look at the newest connector. Trippy particle effects on the interface there! keep up the good work

Just to let you know a lot of people who do strickly realism rendering don't use ray-tracing. Oh and Lightflow is awesome. Amazingly enough a lot of people doing so-called photorealistic renderings DO use raytracing in addition to those who use renderers based on other principles. I suppose the imp...

However there is no insight to the internal architecture of this new revolutionary app, and I for one would like to know what kind of internals it would use. I wonder what else is being said about blender3 that most people aren't hearing. How about some meat and potatos, what kind of architecture i...

BCC32 is nice. its quality softs and I personally thinks its a great dev enviorment. It's also a bitch and a half to use if you don't know a lot about development enviorments. The standard C/C++ system lib that almost every windows application links against uses a different lib format than BCC (msvc...

Using nurbs/subsurfs in realtime would be nice, because the models would take up a lot less memory than converting a subsurfed object to an actual mesh. Whether there would be a speedup is hard to say... All the new generation of 3d accelerators are going to have built in support for higher order, ...

Boolean gag....

I actually noticed this several months ago, but now that much more people have access to 2.25 I thought I would post it. If you do a CSG op on a mesh and then try and beutey fill the resultant mesh (please don't ask why I tried this in the first place)... a dialog will pop up that says 'wanna crash?...
