hi,

ok, if you do not find the location you could try to use a tool listing the used space per directory (treesize, which should be free, or something like that).

(...) Because when i send a job from client, only the Master (on the same computer) is dedicated to the task never the Slave (...) you may have to check your slave and client taggings if your slave doesn't receive a chunk. take a look here and scroll to slave+client, looking for the tag-keyword.

i recently set up a blenderfarm with a workstation (8 cores, 16GB ram = master,client and slave) and 4 older and used core2i workstations (2 cores, 2GB ram = pure slaves). all running ubuntu 12.04. why would you put an SSD in all of your nodes? i assume picking up a 60GB SSD and enable PXE to boot u...
