well, if you actually PRESS the space bar, you will find most of the options with the hotkeys written next to it

not all keys, but there are quite complete pdfs in the net

I don't know how difficult is implementing undo, Some easy incremental-svaving and loading buttons simulating a real undo would be helpful and easier to implement for the beginning. 1st feature: If you pull down the information window on top of the 3d window, You'll see a button called 'auto temp s...

for everyone who complains: Please make an image in blender where you can show me that you have exceeded every feature to the limit, so that you can say: I cannot go farther without raytracing. If anything sucks, then those five click effect pictures. Special effects are extremely overestimated. If ...

I still learn some new features when I browse through the manual.

Last one I found was Alt-Vkey in 3d-window for adjusting a plane to the proportions of the image texture.

Often the question is not 'does blender have it' but 'where is it'

Well, I did the opposite. There should be some minor changes but I voted no, since I would never like it to devolve into an expected Interface a la Microsoft or Apple. Please keep the quality of the Interface and please the newbie with quality tutorials to make its strengths more obvious. ha...

I also favour minimal changes. The interface is good. If you ship it with good tutorials (and I mean impossible for the firsttime user to overlook) and don't leave the user alone with it, it is more than just okay. Good Documentation is needed. An 'expected' interface is not the only solution.
