Re: There's one in the works

I'm working on a built-in cloth simulator. It's still in the pre-coding stages, but I plan to have a working sample by the end of the month. So it doesn't show you an error when you try to start Blender on Linux?
Try opening a terminal and starting it in there

There are sequence editor, and texture plugins which can be written in C++. So not for importing a 3d file, but python is really easy to learn, especially if you've already got programming experience.

hannibar,.. If you read the warnings they mostly say how they are caused :) since they warn you for coding behaviour which can be dangerous. Most of the warnings can actually be solved easily by typecasting for instance. However a quicker solution is to decrease the warning level MSvc reports on,.. ...

So I suggest if you want to read my text change your screen size. I doubt anyone actually wants to read your text, What you say about phpBB makes no sense at all btw, what on earth do you mean with scanning for paragraps with regular expressions (explain this in no more than 2 lines please!). David Weese used to sell blender training videos on
http://www.blendedplanet.com

Site changed since I last looked at it, and they don't seem to be selling them anymore.
But who knows he may be able to give some tips!

Thorax, you abuse these forums again. If you have so much to say, post that at your own site and provide us a link. You beat discussions completely dead that way. I just don't have the time, but if this continues I will hack this forum code to limit the size of postings... If you don't have the tim...

Hey, This was most likely caused to the a dns change on our side, we changed the IP that projects.blender.org linked to. This should have been updated within an hour for most dns servers, but unfortunately this is not the cause for everyone. It will most likely be changed now, or within the next few...

http://blender.org isn't supposed to work :-)

Cookies don't function in alot of browsers when blender.org is used since a domain name requires atleast two .'s.
I might make http://blender.org forward to www.blender.org though. (I'll put it on my list).

Greets,
