If I move one menu palete on top of another, the tranparency makes it imposible to read the menu on top. Opacity settings for menus would be a good thing. I only noticed after I posted here that someone has officially submitted the bug. I figured I would leave my post in place in the hopes that someone would happen to have a workaround. (Going to an earlier RedHat is not an option for me.)

Blender 2.26 crashes in RedHat 9

The GUI comes up OK, files load OK. Some icons on buttons look distorted. If I attempt to Render or Animate the program will crash. The crash will happen if you render to a frame or a new window.
