yes, Blender grabs all the memory it needs, it depends how
big your scene is and all that....and I guess if the physical
memory is out it will go to the virtual memory on the harddriver

I'm a new user, and i really dont know if the interface is good or not, but it sure is ugly and complex! I answer yes. The interface should at least look a lot different. first, learn the interface a long while, then come back and tell us what is not good...as a fact, I thought in beginning it was ...

bad fonts :(
one of the things I have felt when I have tested your stuff, is that the Fonts looks so bad that they are hardly readable many times, I myself have also studied some typgraphic program and I know what is good or not for the eyes to read on the screen (that is san serif) ...but also good made fonts, ...

hi eskil (i am swede too) btw...I've tried this....I use a monitor res of 1280x1024, and the interface of your app looks very very small and tiny, I can't even see or read what is what...shouldn't it been able too zoom in, I mean, how can we work in this kind of enviroment if we even can't see or re...

Hey amuzen ! there is already a toolbar...look up to the left, there is a menu where it shows where you can add meshes to the scene and so, maybe not so extended as you like...but it is there...and if you pull down the the whole menu, the infobar appears where you do all settings for all the directo...
