The only problem is that your object is outside of the field of view of the camera. Either move the object, or change the view of the camera.

Objects are created, selected, and destroyed in object mode. All of the other five modes--edit, sculpt, weight, vertex, and texture--operate on parts of objects. So, if you don't have an object selected, you won't be able to use the other modes. You see all of the modes when you first start up the d...

After once or twice, you won't forget; it will become a part of the work flow, just as much as putting a punctuation mark at the end of a sentence.

No but, just omission on the part of the modeler. After scaling, rotatin, or moving (especially in object mode), you need to apply the transformation by pressing "CTRL-Akey", and making the appropriate selection from the drop down menu.

My first guess is lights, poor placement, or too few, or the wrong kind.

There are a number of video tutorials on Youtube, Blenderguru, and blendercookie that discuss how to model a human head. These would be good starting points.

I would suggest that you first need to gain better understanding of Blender, which is a complex software suite with a lot of functionality. You can do this piecemeal through tutorials on various sites web sites, but I would suggest working through either the on-line course at http://www.cdschools.or...

This is an old enough post that I expect the OP (original poster) has solved this issue by now. For the benefit of future readers, I suspect the problem the OP had was saving the image file from GIMP in the wrong image format. Images need to be single layer, and uncompressed.

The procedural textures are likely available for use in a game based on intellectual property (copyright) considerations, since these textures are mathematical constructs which depend upon the parameters you enter. These are, I expect, covered under a legal construct called "prior art". The problem ...

What I see in your screenshot is consistent (in my experience) with having added a mirror modifier, in which you failed to turn on the "merge" option, or alternatively, that you had the merge option on, but with too low a merge limit. Easiest way to resolve this where you are not, I think, is to tem...

I'd be willing to try to help, but I don't have enough information to be able to reproduce the problem. I'd suggest a better screen shot, that is to say, one that shows the entire screen, and also post a copy of, or a link to, the blend file you're using.

Before anything else, hope you enjoyed your weekend. First of all, to wax philosophical, you don't give yourself enough credit when you write, in part: ... <snippage> ... I, personally, have failed, ... <more snippage> ... "Not succeeded yet", is not the same as failing. As long as you are still wor...

OK, here's an idea. Take a still shot before and another still shot after making the tracking video, and do not change the lens setting when you make the video. Now, transfer the two images to your computer, select each in turn, right click on the image, and select the "details" tab. Scroll down the...

You seem to me to be someone of above average intelligence, so that I would expect that if you are having problems with this particular bit, others may be having the same trouble. I suggest you redirect you question to Andrew Price through the "contact" button at the extreme upper left hand corner p...

You have not provided me enough information to give a particularly good answer to your question. For example, in the camera specifications to which you provided a link, I see a variety of focal lengths, you have a variety of digital zoom settings, and multiple sizes of the image. I suggest the best ...
