Ye mine came today too, Wales. Only thing was i was walking home and jsut as i got home is started pissing it down with rain. I got mine too, in UK. Mine was left on my front steps though, and it just started bucketing down with rain. Good job i came home when i did. I posted my thoughts over in the Announcements forum on elysiun if anyone is interested.

According to the katest schedule the manuals should be arriving at tons house today sometime i believe. This is a little request for Ton, before he starts the huge task of CD-ROMS and packaging and mailing could you please take a few photos and put them up here. Its for all of us who are just gaggin...

So this Occlusion shader would simulate GI by calculating light from objects in the scene and their distance away from the camera. Whats the difference between this and Radiosity. Also if Yafray uses it for Hemilight why is it so damn slow?

I suppose i was bit unfair with what i said before, but like someone else said, u can easilly just keep ur camera poistion and ove the objects / actors in you scene so that you can make it look like the same shot. Also ideasman who do you know that makes 30 minute fly overs of terrain that use 60fps?

No it doesnt at the moment. Im not sure what we would have to do to get it supported either. I was wondering if we could just use a 64 bit compiler or whether we would need to change the code considerably.
