Have you unstalled correctly the targets lib? You should have a directory that contain all file .target and a file .mesh and a .faces. Under windows it's C:/targetlib but if you have a different path, or different system, you should modify the main path at line 7 of script. To have quick reply pleas...

No. I'm downloading it now. I've thinked some different solution to simulation of muscle bulge...now I take a look on this document too.

But...is microsoft...and there is a copyright advice...I not sure this can be used in a GPL software...

First, since currently it uses temporary xml export, when running Blender for the first time you need to set a valid existing export directory... Why "currently" it uses temp file?
