Re: Rig problems in new builds

Post a simple demo blend and I'll look at it.

Ghost: This is what I got from this forum intro: If you have feedback, problems, bug reports or any other information that's relevant, please post it as a reply to the topic that you downloaded the build from. I am confused and I thought the bugtracker was for official releases only? And that would...

I think this would be a good time to remind folks that this forum is *not* the bug tracker. Also, reports like 'The NLA is still not working' is not very helpful ... does 'still' mean since Blender 2.31? Since 2.25? Since Tuesday? Don't forget to mention what OS and graphics card you are using ... n...

Re: is SOLID in it?

I get no complaints when I set a World to Sumo, but then no physics occur. Is SOLID in it? P.S. How are you building this? "export NAN_KESTERJI=false" is needed to get the solid-based game engine to build (the default is to build the ODE based enjine). What version of python is required for tuhopuu...

You should post this question to the bf-committers mailing list
-- I don't think a lot of developers read this forum (I only check it
maybe once or twice a month).

Heres one that tryed on a bf-blender I compiled yesterday, if you run the animation the ik constraint works fine but when your in pose mode and move the "pelvis" the whole rig moves. But as I said above if its keyed in its new position the animation works anyway. Thanks for the blend ... this issue...

Is anyone experiencing the same armature problems as I am? What used to be sticky feet are now not. If I grab the base of the spine on the previous pre-Yafray builds, and pull down, the character goes into a crouch. Now all he does is relocate completely. This rig has worked in all the Blender vers...

When I 'ldd blender' I see no such lib dependency.

Googling for 'setconcurrency' yeilds hits about pthreads
... is this perhaps something that your version of pthreads
needs? When I 'ldd /usr/lib32/libpthread.so' here it only
mentions libc.

(I use Irix 6.5.20f.)

I had problems linking with MSVC so I moved on to other things for a bit... the windows-gcc does build with solid though, and I have uploaded some libs for that to CVS. Phase offers this advice for people that want to build with MSVC and don't mind living without the game engine: http://www.blender....

from this test version too ... please test that and report

script link == clean dict?

http://bebop.cns.ualberta.ca/~cwant/dict.tar.gz

Why is the output always 0 with script link, but
changes value when run with Alt-P?

Thanks!
