Hi there I'm trying to compile the stand alone player under linux. I've downloaded the source for everything but it's quite a bit to sift through. When I try to compile the stuff in the source/gameplayer dir it has troubles finding stuff. I was just wondering if anyone has already been through this ...

that has got to be one of the most innovative ideas for promoting blender I've heard - I like it, the game modding community would have to be some of the most fanatical when it comes to development :P

I saw on the blendergames.com site their is an app you can download to compile exe files from game blender files, shame it's windows only :(

hope this isn't too late, python is pretty easy compared to c, if you know c you'll have no trouble with python. :)

I'm new too it too but I do know that you don't need to know C although you can use python.
