Blender now comes with a bone exporter to Cald3D than handles bone information, and the Torque Game Engine released a series of Python scrips (look at then news section here) that can import Blender bone information. The same engine can work with 3D Studio Max and Milkshape characters (both use bone...

:D Like it a lot !! I'm glad that you liked the "permeability" idea. .. And certainly this built is a lot faster than the previous ones, almost as fast as a linux built !!! (Not desiring to start a flame war, but is a fact that blender always seems to run faster on linux. I use it on both platform o...

I doesn't install on linux because there is no need for that. Just unpack the data and you are good to go. From the GUI double click on the blender executable, from the X console (sometimes called virtual console) just type ./blender It' s adviced to run blender with a console terminal, even if you ...

leon, speaking of the Particles deflector thing (wich I JUST LOVE :D ) ... certainly the fact that some partices manage to pass trough the deflector is a bug right now, but I can think of many (and I do mean MANY) situations when one would like exactly that to happen (particles passing trough the de...

Thanks blendix!!

I'm aware that this forum is not for Q&A, but this specific question didn't quite fit anywhere else, and since it is directly related to BF/Tuhopuu .... :D

General Question: Tuhopuu and BF commits

Everything that is commited to the BF source tree is automatically mirrored on the Tuhopuu source tree? Or do we have features present on BF that are not present on Tuhopuu?

No, it's gone. The TMP file that it saved ... That was your fatal error.. in the moment that you try (and succed) to open another file, any un-linked mesh data from the file you were previously working on is lost forever. The right thing to do (if it ever happens to you again) is: after you delete ...

Another quick feature request. Could somebody add the command to ¨Make Duplis Real Shift-Ctrl-A¨ into the space-bar menu? (I guess it would go into the ¨Object¨ menu). I usually forget the hotkey for this.. since I'm used to use Alt-C for all my convertion needs. As an afterthough.. perhaps the ¨Ma...

Not exactly the best solution around, but at least a good work-around untill the problem is fixed. I have been able to work in edit-mode while using UV-mapped planes for reference by using this work-around. Once you start modeling enter face-select mode (but do not load any texture), select all your...

I already suggested on elYsiun that the Schematic Window and the Data-Select Window could be merged into just one window... right now both are sub-utilized. About the use of the Oops Schematic: as it is right now you can only use it to visualize your scenes and to select the data blocks, either by r...
