I have been hoping for sequencer work for a long time! Thank you! I plan to download and test tomorrow. Are there some audio controls in it like controlling volume and fade? Guess I'll find out tomorrow :wink: Thanks!

Ok... seem to have solved our problem with another video driver update. Our machines are using on-board Intel 82865G chips. Not the best, but if I update drivers with almost every new release of Blender, we do OK.

Depends what features you're looking for. If you want cool looking lightning bolts, then you need Maya. If you want a great program for free, you want Blender.

Usually, I have found that just by appending the objects, all materials and animations (ipo), and basically all other info associated with that object goes over with the object, saving a step.

Is this a problem for anyone else or just my machines? I have a lot of students not being able to select verticies while in solid shading in this release. When we switch to wireframe, then they can select verticies. Sometimes, when we switch back to solid, they can select them, but not always. Is th...
