i think what he means is precodural textures and image maps could be baked into UV coordinates and corresponding textures. If results were too high res, then photoshop could whip them down to 128*128 or whatever. This is quite a standard feature with other 3D software, though i doubt it is an easy f...

one Q:
With this modification, is it still possible to switch tranform modes with GRS?
I use extrude scale almost as much as extrude grab (perhaps more than), so this is integral to my workflow with blender mesh editing.

actually, you might need a little more information... click on the link to converters above, scroll down to OGL and SKN exporters. you are now on a spanish (i think) page about game programming. :) on the top-left menu (Aprendendo), click Projetos, and you should see the script. download, english in...

in the GHOST source there is an example file. it has the blender monkey exported into GL calls, apparently from a script. I can't remember the exact location. look in the GHOST cvs for a folder called examples, or tests, or something, and find a file called monkey.c (or maybe .cpp). they mention it ...

Edge settings are in the output panel because they are an output level option.

Currently they are set per render, not per object.

Those edges are really lame anyway. They are about the most rudimentary line renderings that you could possibly make.

broken, just tried your windows build, and i have to say, despite looking great in many respects, your designs are not scalable. upon opening up by default scene, the buttons window (zoomed to a point where all buttons are visible) does not look good. many of the buttons are missing the dark border/...

That's edge RING selection, not LOOP selection.
still really cool, infact, more useful.
needed for loop cuts.

that was something that always bugged me when i was on 800*600. i thought it was such an oversight, really annoying. now it doesn't bother me, because i'm on a decent sized monitor, and because of the nifty new button that collapses the menus. still, the info header really should scroll like everyth...

yes, Pablo is right, but forgot to mention this: blender's natural translation system is view related. so if you move your 3d view to some random direction, then press G/R/S, these operations will be conducted in direct relation to that view. for rotations, if you press X, Y or Z once, the rotation ...

well, the gamecube is definitely out.
they use special mini-dvds that are burnt and spin backwards.
as far as i know, no-one has succeeded in hacking the 'cube.

powered by ATi, i believe.

render black wireframe with white background (shadeless everything)
take into PS or Gimp.
gaussian blur (eg-> 2px)
use threshold and adjust until line is thick and solid, not blurred.
composite layer with multiply blending.

total hack, but you don't have many other options.
