yes, it will blender on windows vista be working, not not. [blender 2.4 and python 2.4 install/run fine on vista RC2. I'm told that blender also runs fine on the RTM [which I don't have to play with] version with an nvidia card. I don't know about blender 2.5 or python 2.5, I haven't tried. Windows ...
