if you export an animation from blender, as a AVI or MOV, then director should be able to import it.

i think its a litle out of the scope of blender. you can get a fair few external sky generators that will save as a jpgs png etc. which would work better, as they are more developed at this stage

this is great erwin, specialy as it looks like the ODE google summer of code project isnt going to be finished, the only thing i would add is maybe the possibility to select what objects ipos are writen, rather then doing it globably.

i didnt mean to sound hostile... im just saying that the programers of unity should be able to afford someone to program the exporter, that way it would work they way they want it, and they could also maintain it, which seems to be a problem with a few import export scripts, they are not kept up to ...

it seems that unity is not open source, for the lower version of the program it cost $290 USD. so i think the programmers of unity can afford to work on the intergration.

you could help him out a bit more... elysuin is the USER forums, these forums are for CODERS, and the like.... so you would get a better responce from the user forums what you are trying to do is called RVK or AVK (i think) relative vertex keys and absolute vertex keys. if you read through the blend...

afaik there is no open SDK for WMV files, though i might be wrong, so it means blender is unable to include any WMV stuff cause of blender is under the GPL liscence and microsofts SDK is not.
