Hi, results look good, I've no clue to if your code is correct 'Blender' code but I noticed one line in your diff_rendercore < dither_value = (BLI_frand()*2.0-1.0)*255.0/255.0; As you can se the line end with a strange calculation 255.0/255.0, this seems like an error, the compilers will optimize th...

I saw on AMDs dev pages that they claim that 64 bit integer math is more precise than floats since floats use 8bits for exponent and other things so only 56 bits is actual "information". They recommended to use 64bits integer before floats to boost accuracy in calculations. (and speed) PS. Im no exp...

Sad to say I found out that my "fix" was not so good. I get the same problem again plus the funky feature that the main window GUI is drawn in the render window. Some window pointers seems to get mixed up. OS: Win 98SE Blender: 2.33 and latest CVS Video: ATI 9600XT with latest drivers and an old dll...

I had the same problem, but then I saw a ATI application runnning which I closed (CTRL+ALT+DEL), and the problem is gone!

One minor thing!

When I undo an alignment, the vertices get unselected and the previous selected vertices get selected instead.

Very annoying! But still, __put it in bf-blender__!

Hooray!

This is a must in bf-blender tree! It's brilliant! It's easy! It's absolutley perfect!

Need I say more?

Thanks for the build!

What's the difference in the quit menu? Except for naming and another choice to cancel? (there's no warning about unsaved work... ?!, but that maybe wasn't the intention with this?)

Align vertices

A previous post was looking for a way to align objects (which seems to be added into Tuhopou?!) But what I'm missing is the possibility to align vertices. For example adding a sphere, select vertices at the upper 1/3 and the align them to get a perfect flat top. How to choose the plane to where the ...

Isn't this two different cases we're talking about? 1) Gravity 2) Deflectors /Attractors Gravity is depending on what scale we should use it in. If we use it at ground level we could approximate a infinite plane with a fixed normal to calculate the gravity force. This way we dont calculate to fixed ...

Submitting bugfixes

Hi, I was wondering what procedure I shall take to submit bugfixes to Blender? I've found and hopefully solved two tiny bugs (1013 and 1035). I've put the solution in the bugtracker, but I get the feeling that no one is picking these up and submit those to CVS. I also send messages to comitters@blen...
