I think there was a problem with the combination of Ztransp and Raytransp. Are all your planes set to EITHER ztransp or raytransp?

create an object, add a material to it,
add a texture to it:
- type: image
- "load image" button
- navigate to the image.

LOL, I was disapointed to here it was alredy done! Do you mean to support skinning vertloops with a different number of verts?
