you have to set your python path to the script directory.
and be sure to use the scripts that were modified to be used in the list.

I've uploaded some of them:

intrr coded this, it's in his tree.
you can just move around your scene and move the camera to the current viewpoint. DOn't know if it's going to go in bf-blender anytime soon.

Re: Engine users ignored!

Almost everyday now I'm looking anxiously in the Interactive 3D thread for updates on the engine, sadly nothing seems to happen, and I feel that this is to ignore a large part of the Blender community, whose sole interest in Blender is it's unique ability for the user to create a world and then pre...

I think it's easier to wait for a new mesh structure. What about new mesh structure? Unless mesh structure will vary, where it is possible to learn about it? Wings 3D aparently has a structure that saves this kind of edgeloop information....I'm not an expert on how this all works. Other than mind c...

not true,

- Displacement mapping is a technique that has effect on object at RENDERTIME. So more like a texture with NOR mapping.
- the noise button just distorts the mesh before rendertime.

I'm not an expert about mesh structures, but I heard some stuff about winged-edge mesh. I think this also saves loop information....just guessing tho.

slikdigit: You're misinterpreting me my friend! =) I'm not saying you should scrap the renderer. What I'm saying is that I don't understand why energy on integrating traces is spent rather than integrating Yafray, considering Yafray's superiority in the matter. By the way, raytracing can be VERY fa...

yafray integration is still in the works. traces is just meant for easy reflections and such, not advanced raytracer stuff.
for that purpose, traces is good enough. if you want photons and such you can use yafray.

you can append materials.....
there are libraries for materials wich are basically 1 blend file with a bunch of handy materials in it.

actually, I used it in my code once you mentioned it...seems to work like you described. the binary works! good idea to first select the edge and THEN select the place. one small thing tho, the edge of my screen flickered a bit a bit while setting the place for the cut. May I assume you're running t...

in loop() is also a handling part for events, it's better to use that than G.qual.

look for event==....

btw, you said you want to make a modifier for freeform, I think it's better to make a modifier for 50%.

"mval" is the variable that can store a mouse coordinate (2D) in my function. you can get the current position with getmouseco_areawin(mval)....I think....I'm used to copy/pasting that :)
