I got edge selection!

well, with a bit of hacking and a lot of help from the people in #blendersauce I managed to code an alpha version of edge selection. please consider this a test version only! how it works: - select an edge by ctrl-RIGHTclicking near an edge. if it was already selected it will be deselected (just lik...

this is a bug in blender 2.27 that is known. it only occurs if you open the file directly (so not from within blender). opening blender first and THEn opening the file should solve it. solution is being worked on and will be in 2.28

2.24/2.25 was the big turnover. no more small executables I'm afraid. but o well, it's still faster than photoshop/xsi/maya/max :)

I just implemented this feature (if you don't have time, make time :D ). it was easier than I thought. I'll try to get it in Tuhopuu.

Roel

ps. I like it a LOT. I have a scene where I use a lot of dupliverts, now my 3D view is nice and fast, and the dupliverts still get rendered.

Duplivert addition [Implemented!]

heyhey, I've been thinking about this feature for a long time, but I currently don't have the time to code it myself. If anyone wants to do it, be my guest. The main idea is that the dupliverts setting can be set much like the current Subsurf setting. so you could select wether it's on or off for bo...

you can copy an IPO curve to the buffer and the other way around with the two arrows (pointing up and down). that way you can copy/paste the curve.
you can also assign the same IPO block to more than 1 object..I think....by clicking on the - sign and choosing an IPO block.

Re: Noise - me crazy or what?

I just discovered this a couple of weeks ago - thought I'd check if anyone else has realized that the Noise-function has been broken ( at least in the Windows version ) since way back ? I had to dive into my directory of old Blenders, and could not find an operational Noise until I hit the 2.03-ver...

Re: Python Syntax coloration

It would be Fantastic to get Syntax coloration of the blenderknown and the Pythonknown keywords in the edit window. Is this feature ever been added in the Wish list ? McGivrer. heh, didn't even see your post and I came up with the same idea. not entirely done yet, but VOILA! http://www.blender.org/...

Roel ps. Joeri, I apologize for that entire flamewar thi...

To Coz: yeah, the Tuhopuu tree has that now. it's VERy handy. instead of directing output to a console blender has a kind of internal console. very handy for debugging and such. UPDATE Some new stuff: - all tab problems have been fixed. the text is now drawn exactly the same as when you don't use th...

2 days of near-non-stop coding....

It's safe to say this have been two of more rewarding days in my coding "career" (if you can call it that :) ) Syntax Highlighting some notes to go with this pictures: - some stuff is a bit screwed up, mainly because some tabs get last in the parsing (easy to fix) - not all commands are highlighted ...
