This thread needs a bit of clean up! :) The feature tracker has retired (too messy). What is now of the 'official' way to submit feature requests? I kind of understood from the UI chat at the conference that it was: Forum -> wiki: - Propose an idea in the forums (in "Interface & Tools"?), see if oth...

Mea culpa: it is not the minimum, but the "design" resolution. Should have read it again, sorry. Here is what Ton said when I submitted the bug 6 months ago: "Yah, it's known problem, also part of a good strategy when to define if to flip a menu. Just moving menu under mouse is not possible now, sin...

No reverse, no menu, etc. Oct18 CVS Dell gx260 optiplex, XP, standard 82845G/GL/GE/PE/GV graphics. I have the same problem bu...

The problem with the menus becoming so long that they get off the screen is a known issue.
It's actually on Ton todo's list.
The "minimum" resolution for blender is 1200x1024, do you have the problem with this resolution?

True, forgot the laptop numpad emulation.
That makes direct keys 1 2 3 not usable!

But 'Q' would be nice.
Q cycling or Q-1/2/3.

If there is a 'free' key to suggest I would say the [Q]. Really, why a key to quit? Is that a thing we use that often? ...if [Tab] goes back to previous set edit mode then I would know what mode it would go to. Then I would suggest [1] [2] [3] for the different edit modes. The layer flipping when i...

How about use the key at the left of the '1' key? ('~' for US keyboards)? At the moment it is used to select all layers at the same time. I doubt that it is used very often... This keys is very well located, so we could use it for something more useful, like... changing the selection mode, in edit m...

But shouldn't security features be 'on' by default? Plus, %TEMP% is a Windows standard, following that standard would make Blender a tiny bit more professional. And, as broken says, when the temp dir is '/tmp/', Windows Blender doesn't save temporary backup files. 3 good reasons to change the defaul...

Hello, I am wondering what is "officially" the proper place to post bug reports about CVS builds... In this forum: If you have feedback, problems, bug reports or any other information that's relevant, please post it as a reply to the topic that you downloaded the build from. ...or in the bug tracker...
