Blender can do 2 axis constraints too, just Shift-Click on the axis you want to lock (the one opposite to the 2 axis you want to move on).

error 2: where is the speed IPO? should be created automatically. No, it shouldn't. If it was, pathlen will be useless since it is replaced by the speed IPO, if present. Error 3: can't insert keyframes in the IPO window at the normal speed of the curve for the pathlen. Can't understand what you mea...

can someone please look at the parenting problem i mentioned earlier? it is really getting to me! here is a blend of another, even more annoying problem: try moving one of the control points in the z direction (you may have to enable 3D first) and then tabbing back into object mode. http://www.toxi...

Blender doesn't instal anything, it's "unpack and run", why would you need rpm/apt packages?

While we're on the topic of defaults, can anyone explain to me why the -z direction and y up settings aren't the default settings in the "track to" panel while adding a constraint. To me, it would seem confusing to a newbie when they try to "track to" an object or empty with the camera and the came...

The project files are updated and should be working correctly for everyone (that's what I use).

Just remember that you have to build Intern before the rest.

no, using shift on any type of widget should bring the planar constraint on the other two. Hum... then, it is broken (?). I have compiled from CVS and it only works for scaling vertices... :? I assume it DOES work in your system... have you checked ? Doesn't work for me either. I downloaded gabio's...

What happens when you want to replace the magnet tool with anotehr tool? It's frightfully easy, the fact that you are even asking shows that you are clueless as to how the design even work (will be released in 2.37). You probably also know that few people will do web development in C because the de...

Ton I really wonder how many of your coders went to college.. Its funny to hear this.. Everyone knows the reason computers fail is because of all the layered poorly designed code.. I agree with you, up to this point. But you seem to equate OOP with good design and the rest with crap and that is jus...

joeri: In a nutshell, the idea is to have a way to enter an object name in fields where one is needed (bevOb, Constraint targets, Ob mapping, ...) by using the object browser or a procedure similar to what I suggested. Less typing and easier/faster (no typing errors).
