I like the way you morons pick and choose what to comment on. Whoever hacked my accounts, and it was D'Andrea, was a MEMBER at Renderosity who has since been banned, because the people who run that site, unlike this one, are professional. Pull your heads out of your asses children. And as for the c...

"You must have missed those. And he indirectly admits what he did when he writes, "I would look into using different passwords for different websites." And in fact, my user name and passwords to this site, Renderosity, D'Andrea's Blender site and my ISP, netzero, were all the same. Amazing how he k...

1) 'welding' of verts in the UV window. This would allow us to have 'mesh' groups which correspond to the UV map. With seam edges just like the UVmap (eg. chest/arms) If I understand what you mean by weld, you can already do that in the UV editor. Just select the points you want to weld to the same...

I would see this working in conjunction with a needed feature in the UV-editor: 1) 'welding' of verts in the UV window. This would allow us to have 'mesh' groups which correspond to the UV map. With seam edges just like the UVmap (eg. chest/arms) 2) When decimating, the decimater would NOT affect th...

unlinked ObData will be discarded next time you open the file so don't worry about it. If it really is bothering you though just hit: Ctrl+W (save) Ctrl+O (reopen last) ..and all unlinked Obdata will disappear because you are re-opening the file. Don't forget to save before though or you'll lose eve...

Wow, cool to see some arch vis people around! Whoah! I see you have a totally different approach to creating your buildings than I have! Quite the opposite, to be exact :D You work from a floor plan, I work from the wall plans. Do you get wall plans? Do you mean elevations? I get those but wouldn't...

hi ilac, I had the same issue with the constraints : but some helpful person on Elysiun pointed out that I can set up several screen layouts, each with different grid sizes. Then ctrl constrains to 1 grid unit, shift+ctrl to 1/10th of a grid unit. My apologies if you already knew this! cheers leon ...

Hi ilac, How on earth are you making your windows? I've been an architectural visualiser for almost a year now and I can't think of a way that this tool could be useful for making windows. Can you explain? Well, I've been using Blender for architural visualisations for about 4 years now! :P  ...

Hi guitargeek, Maybe the implementation of the feature is nice, but I just can't think of any situation where I would use this tool. Can you? Who models this way? I've been hoping for such a tool for a very long time! For making windows etc in buildings it's invaluable! There are several other uses...

Great addition!! :D Maybe for next step (besides broken's request) could be to allow multiple loop selecting before cutting. The reason is that if I want to cut at eg 10% and 90% of a face loop I cannot do it accuratly because first i have to cut the 10% which means my 90% cut would be at 90% of 90%...

Well, CTRL-backspace knocks off a word at a time in windows which isn't bad!
