Full functionality+ is retained in 2.36, 2.35a still has a bug with forces + multiple scenes. There may still be some bugs around that weren't in 2.25. But from a features standpoint, it should be considered all back. And there are things available that weren't in 2.25 such as alpha sorting and box ...

Armature system?

Is there any hope for some improvement to armatures for the game engine? The main thing that would be useful is to be able to use bone parenting. Also there are bugs with it, replacing the mesh with another mesh that uses the armature crashes blender. Is anyone going to look at the code for this any...

They all serve their own purpose. Bug tracker for a direct line of bugs for developers (crawling through many forum posts to find real bugs would be a nightmare.) Blender.org for chatting about blender features and development in a more casual setting. Elysiun for the user community. Blender3d.org i...

I posted a .blend that should show the bug with multiple scenes. The strangest thing is that with this .blend I get opposite issues than in my game.

But anyway, download this: http://www.spinheaddev.com/downloads/bl ... bugs.blend

The new game engine issues appear as if they could be related to multiple scenes. If I only use one scene, everything works (mostly) as normal. Physics are a little jumpy. But with the added scenes, forces stop working, and now textures from one scene seem to be randomly applied to objects in the fr...

Game engine showstopper for me: In my game you can no longer walk. I use motionActuator.setForce() from python, if I change it to linearvelocity it works, but it wont move at all with force. Also, I seem to be falling through the floor more often than before, I thought things were supposed to be mor...

Yes I posted that about logic brick links to the bug tracker. As well there are some issues with the fixed-time calculation stuff - my set fog script is giving weird flashing where the fog is set then deleted then set again. And certain ipo animations have trouble as well with this latest build.

Segfault on overlay scenes

If I compile blender myself, or use one of the testing builds, I get a segfault in the realtime engine when adding overlay or background scenes. It works ok if I use the official 2.34 build. I think it could be a compiler option, but I'm not sure which. I am running linux 2.6.8 with an ati radeon 75...

do a search at elysiun there is a runtime.exe for 2.33. Put it in the same dir as blender.exe and it should work
