Works fine here on debian testing. Widgets are nice I suppose but is there still no way to translate by view or normal? I would much rather have this functionality than the widget. ie "gvx" for grab view x and "gn" for grab normal.

Bug:

Switching out of and back into edit mode with edges selected that don't enclose a complete face loses the selection. Faces and verticies work fine however.

You know, it's not so much the nude part that bothers people as the erotic part. You mean that bothers you. You have no right to speak for other people. The man just posted a link fully describing what was there. If it is against your convictions why did you click the link to this thread and possib...

How can I submit a bug report?

I have a bug I wish to submit. When I go to Bug Tracker and fill out the form and try to submit it I am told I'm not logged on (although I am logged in on this site). Go to the log on button -- takes me to a page that says due to a change in servers I have to do the lost password routine. Try to do ...

I often do this by using the "select" button from the vertex group buttons and then inverting the selection and hiding. Only the vertex group remains visible.

Thanks z3r0_d -- not quite as elegant but works better. I'll take "works" over "looks" evey time. :D

Texture baker

Have other people noticed that the texture baker is a little wonky? If I bake my texture and then load it into the uv editor it is shifted in both x and y directions and scaled slightly in the x and y directions as well! Is this a known bug? Am I doing something wrong?

Hi chimera, well this is a feature the capture software should provide... imo. camtasia has such a feature.. Many people, like myself, don't use windows and currently no linux program has this feature. The other problem with this approach is that all keypresses and mouse buttons are shown -- not jus...

Keypress/Mouse button display for video tutorials

Hi, Those of you that frequent elysiun probably have seen that I and others have begun making video tutorials. It would be nice if there could be a display of some type that shows the current state of the keyboard ie: shift-ctrl-a is being pressed as well as the middle mouse button. A history of thr...

Yes, I just noticed B (draw edges in face select mode) was already implemented in the bf-blender CVS I compiled. :D I must say that the build process has improved considerably since the last time I did it (some version before the new interface -- took me a whole weekend). I couldn't get scons to wor...

I have some time to code, pick what I should implement

I have some free time to code. I thought that I might try to impliment one or two of the following. a) change the way ctrl-numpad-plus and ctrl-numpad-minus work. Right now if I have a vertex selected and press ctrl-numpad-plus I get a cross shaped pattern of verts. You almost always wish all the su...
