Because I want the page to be viewable to maximum useabillity
at all screen resolutions instead of a small-window in the middle
of the screen. Try to resize your browser window..
..you'll see it resize the characters in "real-time" (at least I hope so) :)

Joongle: This is a bit off topic and somewhat trivial, but you should fix the anti-aliasing on your links; they look really blocky and pixelated. I'm only telling you this because your work is awesome, but those links are a distraction when viewing your site(at least for me :) ). I mean no offense....

A small plea to coders of future Blenders:

Dear Blender coders, I (as you perhaps are aware of already) are as thousands of users already enjoying Blender 3D and hope to work seriously with this 3d-application in the future have switched to Blender for several reasons. One of the reasons where of course workflow - but an absolutely VITAL par...

Intrr You know it's funny...I've used 3dstudio max for YEARS...and must have been made out of patience :) of wich I have NONE :). Now I can't even go back. Sometimes I go back to my max because after all ...I've paid a fortune for it...and sometimes I take the time to help other max users with their...

Blendix - Thanks for your patience :D  <--- Me Going to work on it. need to stay ahead if any of the new uv tools get implemented in 2.33. because I'm writing a guide for it in a free danish manual. I'm used to 3dstudio max so forgive me for asking a bit "silly" now and then (but I have to)......

Ztonzy - yes you're right.

It seems to be a bug related to "Alpha" layers.

I've switched to the "fiber.py" script by now, no extra
artifacts shows up there.

Thanks Blendix! That seems like a LOT of new stuff, unfortunately I don't understand Squat and it doesnt seem (to me) that it does the most important thing in mapping....Display the selected mesh "uv" in the uv-editor when selected onto the mesh Or is there a way to do this without having to assembl...

and HOW one does it?

Cheers from a VERY eager Blender-user.

UglyMike - what I'm saying is - Blender gets updated ALL the time, and it takes nearly forever to get something into print, not to mention revisions of earlier material...everytime we make a tutorial...it's already obsolete (somehow) when we're finished with it... I know because I'm writing one :). ...

Internal renderer: serious bugs!

http://www.hamsterking.com/temp/renderbugs.jpg Is it me (something I can do to get rid of this?) or is it real renderbugs in 2.32? Renderer: Blender BF (windows version) 2.32 release version. Scene: 2 Raytraced lights, shadow alpha tracing enabled. The first bug (weird artifacts in his hair) also a...

I don't get it.... You PRE-ORDER a manual for Blender 2.31, presumably to show support for the Foundation. A couple of weeks later, Blender explodes with new features! (Internal raytracer, external raytracer, displacement mapping, GUI updates,...) Now, what is the better situation? 1. get an obsole...

Re: State of the Blender Community.

And little development since 2.32 was released. Foundation and Community are. Little? Are you kidding me? Blender 2.32 where released a little more than 2 weeks ago... And may I remind you that Blender developement are SKY rocketing blazing-madness-fast compared to eg. 3dstudio max who I paid a for...

This is getting somewhat out of hands...

I am very much against "money-for-features" too - basically because it splits the whole "blender - 3d for everyone" idea appart. What was the idea behind freeing blender and collecting all the funds? To free blender for everyone! I agree that those who contribute their continous hard work should som...
