Hi all.
I made a big update at the Blending with Dinosaurs documentation:
http://www.enricovalenza.com/BlendwDino.html
Also there a few new animation tests.

This is a wonderful improvement for the Character animation tool!
I made a little test with the Allosaurus:

IMO, the system works perfectly and it's quite intuitive to be used.
Thanks so much.

Agree, this would really be useful. It would be useful also for random scaling and rotating the dupliverted objects.

Hi! No dumb questions at all. :) 1) Actually I can't remember this, because I don't always keep the same view to start an object..., btw, it is not so important, it is enough a little try to discover the right orientation of the object axes and, therefore, the correct setting for the textures. 2) Th...

Great, Harkyman! Can wait for it.
If you can hook me up with some clones anyway, though, I'd appreciate it.
I'm not a native English speaker, so what does this mean?

Tutorials about "OrCo mode"

Two tutorials related to the "OrCo mode" technique to apply the textures in Blender:

Hope these can be useful to someone. :)

Feature request: vectorial motion blur or something similar

I know that vectorial motion blur is worse than the averaging motion blur of Blender, but in many cases it can be used with very good results and it's really very faster to render (of course I'm talking for animations). Could it be implemented in Blender, or is it a too much difficult task? Thanks f...

Currently working on bone pinning. The way Blender handles NLA/Armature Actions interally is a little obtuse, so it's been taking a while. Wonderful! We can wait for such a great feature. BTW, I don't think the bones along the path technique was mine. I found it kind of confusing and unnecessarily ...

I read all these pages from the first, and let me say that all this is really interesting! Just now I'm learning the NLA for the dino animation, and it's really a wonderful feature BUT I crashed myself against the feet sliding issue with the path animation... what a pity. The Harky technique f...

That's great, gabio, thanks for all the new builds. :D I noticed a strange thing, but I'm not sure if this is a bug: with the new API we can add vertices, subdivide faces or delete them also with rvk applied to the mesh, and this is great; but if I try to join a different mesh to a rvk mesh (first s...
