Ok, I suspected that, as there was one function (draw something...) that basically had the code duplicated from the oops code (drawing the boxes and the links).

drawdeps.c

I was browsing the source code of blender when I encountered this file. It seems to set the colours of something depending on the relationship between two objects (or so). Does it draw these in the oops space, or in another space that doesn't show up in normal builds? What does it do?

NLA Strips Evaluation

Hi,

I was wondering where the code for how nla strips are evaluated resides. In particular, how blendin and blendout work.

Transform Limits

Hi, For IK bones, there are already options to limit rotation to certain bounds or disallow rotation per axis, per bone. In general, there are already options to disallow translation, rotation, and scaling per axis, per object. I think that there needs to be options to limit these transformations as...

That's strange. Over here, 2.40 and cvs work fine.

(1) Pressing 'n' pops up the transform dialog. Unfortunately this doesn't work unless a camera is present in your scene. It should work without a camera. It doesn't work like that. If you have no object selected (after deleting an object and not selecting any others) the transform panel won't be ac...

Hi,

I agree that it would be good to move (or at least copy) those buttons to a move conventient place. Whether it is good to place that in the Transform Properties is debate-able.

But what about textures that someone wants to keep around, but just doesn't have any object using them anymore...? Hi, In the past few months, I've learnt a hotkey that should let you do this. By pressing Shift-F4, you can browse the current 'database' of the .blend file. To keep a texture around: ...

BTW objects in a 3d view set to 'shaded' look like fruit salad in this build
My graphics card also does this (since Orange CVS of 23Jan2006). However, it also draws meshes in 'solid draw mode' as dark-ish objects divided into four patches of colour when set smooth is on.

Key Module

The Key module currently seems to lack methods to set a new key position. It would also be nice to have it working with the Mesh module as well as NMesh.

Hi, The most recent fixes for this have improved things slightly, but there are still times when it can get annoying, with vertices refusing to simply go where the user expects. I'm not sure whether this implementation was tried before, but here goes: 1) when user enters edit mode with armature modi...
