Re: Blender interface aesthetic wishlist...

- When switching between views(from side to top, for example), the camera actually interpolate between two point and smoothly translate/rotate to the desired viewport, as oppose to what it does right now: BANG and you are there. What's the point in that? You could probably do that already just by r...

Hi,

What was in this scene? Does this error occur as soon as you start rendering, or while you are rendering? What settings are you using to render it? Any 'special' features?

Yay! I've finally got this working as it should! There are only two minor annoyances, but these are a result of other parts of blender and not my code. Unfortunately, this is too late for 2.42, as it's already CVS freeze mode. However, after cleaning this up and checking if anything else needs to be...

Ignore my previous post. Fixing these problems were easier than I thought - cvs marked them with <<<<<<< and >>>>>>>>

Resolving CVS conflicts

Hi, In order to get rid of some errors while compiling, I went through and applied fixes (adding includes, commenting out variables, etc.). Now, someone has gone and committed to cvs fixes for some of these things, notably in header_image.c and interface_icons.c I'm not sure how to go about resolvin...

Well, I seem to have solved point 2 already! by doing: glRecti((int)soops->v2d.cur.xmin, ystart, (int)soops->v2d.cur.xmax, ystart+OL_H); it seems to work ok. If I shouldn't be doing that, I would like to know. Tomorrow, I will tackle number 1. I hope it might only involve changing a few settings and...

Now that I've got a working build-environment, I can start experimenting with how to add this. In my latest attempt, I've got it working to some degree ;) However, there are some problems which I'm still trying to investigate: - After creating a new outliner space, the outliner contents are all push...

Just wanted to say that I've now got scons working. Thankyou jesterking for the heads up. As there were no hints that I actually needed to make it build to c:\b to get it to work, I tried putting it in another directory. An interesting caveat though, is that the scons file for mingw has the default ...

"build particles" print in effect.c

Hi, After managing to build blender, I found that there is a printf in effect.c that says "build particles" or something like that every time the function to build a particle system is called/run. Is this an artifact from ton's bugfix relating to particles and parenting? I've commented it out in my ...

No wonder. I'll try that later. If it works, then I will have 2 working build environments, and I will then stick to using this (as it's faster to build and the messages in the console are easier to read) :D

Righted most of the problems reported while compiling src module, but it still refuses to link. Should I include a zipped up copy of the *.o files produced for this, for you guys to inspect?
