Sorry for being re-posting again.

FOUND WHAT MAKES THAT 1ST BUG [1] HAPPENS:
The problem is "Textured Fonts". If we dissable this option, the strings are shown correctly.

EDIT: Bad news. It has only worked 1 time. Next time i opened the build, it returned to show the MO info...... This is driving me mad. Good news! Graphic card: ATI RADEON 9200 128 DDR
OS: Windows XP SP2 + hotfixes:

Bad hardware: perfect
Moderate hardware: perfect
Good hardware: very good (intro seq of box falling down low fps)

Warnings: no snd module found

Lights: fine


Overall: Fantastic ;)

turn off international fonts in the "Language and Font" options Due to I'm TRANSLATING Blender GUI, I think turning off the International Fonts option, could not be a great solution ;) But thanks for answer.
