hi Gronarix and welcome, just do what the error message tells you. In object mode select the object named 'Circle' press ctrl+a and choose scale and rotation to object data.

dont need to parent. Select your camera goto object constraints (chain icon), add a constraint 'follow path' select your curve for the target object, check follow curve and set offset field for the number of frames you want to delay.

It mirrors relative to the object origin. Put the 3d cursor in the world origin (shift c) then select the sphere (eye) and goto the editing panel (f9) and in the mesh tab click center cursor, this will put the object (eye) origin at the cursor, then the mirror should work fine.

you have to select Blender game (in the top bar where it says Blenderb Render), and the actor is in the physics (bouncing ball button), as for your second question, i dont know :(

I dont use the game engine, maybe someone who uses it can reply.

at 00:55 is not rotating the cube, he's rotating the view (hold middle mouse button and move the mouse, or press alt + left mouse button)

go to file menu and choose load factory settings.

you must have press ctrl+u when you have your scene open, that save user settings, making them the default for when you open blender.

looks like a z-fighting problem,
