bug reporting

I recently reported a bug, but it doesn't seem to appear on the main page although it did say it was done successfully. Do the devs have to manually accept bugs or did I screw up somewhere? Haven't gotten e-mail notification nor nothing of the like. I'm used to other bug tracking software and the blender one just confuses me a bit.
