Perhaps I should bring you attention to the fact that using caps is extremly unpolite...

Although I don't know if the program itself has been altered in any way, I do know that towards the bottom of the screen tells the buyer that the software is licensed under the GNU GPL and the CD has the words 'Open Source' in it. Even for those who never heard of the license before could do a search for it if they wanted to know more about it. As long as the program doesn't take away any freedoms and at least makes note of the free access to source code, then I don't have a problem with it.

And besides, if you were to read the third line of the preamble of the GPL license, it would read:
When we speak of free software, we are referring to freedom, not price. Our General Public Licenses are designed to make sure that you have the freedom to distribute copies of free software (and charge for them if you wish), that you receive source code or can get it if you want it, that you can change the software or use pieces of it in new free programs, and that you know you can do these things.
